Frequently Asked Questions

How much notice do we need to give you for our orders?

 

We would love it if you reached out right away to discuss your needs, but we understand sometimes things are planned last minute.  We do however require a minimum of 48 hours to make your Charcuterie Boxes and Boards.  Larger event orders require more planning so at least 3 weeks notice is best.

*Please note that weekend dates do fill up quickly!

How do I pay for and get my order?

You can place an order through our online store to purchase BOARDS and/or BOXES and checkout with your credit card or e-transfer savinggrazeburlington@gmail.com For larger events please give us a call at 289-259-4651.

 

We offer delivery Wednesday through Sunday in Burlington and surrounding cities for a nominal charge. We also have specified pick up availability from our kitchen at 24-1160 King Road Burlington on Thursdays and Fridays from 5PM-6PM and Saturdays from 11AM-1PM.

Will you come and set up at our event?

YES! We will happily come to your event location in Burlington and the surrounding area, and will set up on premises for an additional fee.

How do we get the boards back to you?

 

When our boards are ordered you may choose to have them delivered or pick them up from our kitchen. If you would like us to pick up the board(s) from your event (within 48hrs after) please select the BOARD PICK UP  on the BOARD menu. Alternatively, you may drop off the board(s) to our kitchen, anytime between 11-6PM Wed. or Thurs. following your order date.

Do you provide refunds on cancellations?

Payment is due in full upon placing your order.

Should you need to cancel, please do so within 72 hours for a full refund on orders under $200.

Orders in excess of $200 that are cancelled within 72 hours will receive a 50% refund. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund all orders cancelled with less than 72 hours notice.

Can I customize my graze?

Our Graze Boxes are full of a variety of flavours but if there is something specific you do, or do not like, please feel free to let us know on the order page and we can make it happen.

We offer Pork-Free, Vegan, Dairy-Free and Gluten-Free options as well.

How long does the food last?

 

Due to the wide variety of foods that make up a charcuterie box or board we cannot guarantee the freshness after 24 hours.  We always advise our customers to consume the product the day it is prepared.  It is important to store your charcuterie in a refrigerator as soon as possible. A cooler is recommended for safe transportation.  

What if I have food allergies? 

Our kitchen facility is not nut - free, therefore we cannot guarantee our product has not come in contact with allergens. However, we will gladly omit foods in your box that have been previously specified.
